Global Agenda International respects intellectual property rights. We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), and the Digital Services Act notice-and-action regime.
Submitting a Notice
Send written notice to our designated agent at dmca@globalagenda.online including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (URL).
- Your contact details and electronic signature.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Counter-Notices
Affected users may submit a counter-notice with their contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts found to be repeat infringers are terminated.
Quotation, News Reporting & Press Publishers' Rights
Limited quotation for criticism, review and news reporting is permitted under fair use / fair dealing and Art. 17(7) and Art. 15 of EU Directive 2019/790. Aggregators using more than "very short extracts" of our publications must obtain a licence.
