Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of all websites, mobile apps, newsletters, data feeds, APIs and member services operated by Global Agenda International ("GAI", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Institutional accounts require an authorised signatory.
2. Accounts & Subscriptions
Free Subscription accounts grant access to selected articles, newsletters and member features. Paid tiers (Pro, Institutional) unlock the Data Room, investor reports and premium intelligence. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, automated harvesting or re-distribution of content without written licence.
- No unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or harassing content.
- No interference with the integrity, security or performance of the Service.
- No use of the Service to train machine-learning models or to develop competing products without an explicit Data Licence.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, data compilations, software, design and visual identity are owned by GAI or its licensors and are protected under the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, EU Directive 2019/790 on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, the US DMCA, and equivalent national laws. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted with attribution.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of comments, submissions and tips you send us, but grant GAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, edit for clarity, translate, and publish such content for editorial and archival purposes. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.
6. Payments, Refunds & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; this right is lost once digital content is delivered with your express consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Service provides journalism and market intelligence for general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or medical advice. Forward-looking statements involve risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAI's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GAI against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from Account → Settings.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
